jan. 20 and 21 was our town's feast. spent my 4days watching commercial and spending time with my best friend-my boyfriend and my friends...

friday:
played tennis with girl friends arianne, gg and marina. then watched modern dance competition with tatog. went to noy peping's wake with tennis players for the last night vigil.

saturday:
class, then went home at lunch break (cutting classes mi ni aug2x hehe!, watched and supported my boyfriends match (pildi!), helped clean the house in preparation for the fiesta.

sunday:
bathed the dogs. spent afternoon at the tennis court watching and betting.won all the games I betted. :) went to fritzie's had drinking spree with my barkada and tatog. then went to chen's for dinner...

monday (fiesta):
kaon dri sa balay. invited a few friends, then went to the tennis court to watch tennis commercial. went home with my boyfriend. had dinner.

ending the year with a BANG!

after weeks of playing under the scorching heat of the sun, battling with different opponents on the clay court, red bulls, pharmatons, sunblocks, cursing, lucks, disappointments, tons of guts and lots of fighting spirits, finally our tournament has ended this afternoon...
CHEERS! to my partner and I... for being champions (girls category) of the 2007 Baroy tennis tournament! a good year end and a fresh good start in the year of the rat... 2008.


I'd like to thank my partner Marina for a good team work. for bearing with me, and for playing hard during days when I was weak... thanks for being one of the best partners I had. to my ever so patient coach and boyfriend tatog who has been my inspiration all through my games and my life, thanks beh... you're one of the reasons why we made it.

Yes! we finally moved to the championships (of our tennis tournament - doubles). we battled yesterday for who will fight for the 2nd and 1st. thank God we won straight 2 sets 6-1, 6-0. we lose from this team a week a go, luckily we were able to regain... I'm keeping my fingers cross for the championship game this afternoon. wish me luck! ;) wink!*

christmas rush...

16 hours duty. labor watch. waiting for cases. I took this shot of my classmates while we were taking a break after assisting a delivery. i love this shot... it showed the real picture of strong willed people... patient... student nurses.

grunt* my feet hurt from buying stuff this afternoon. it was raining, so my tournament which was supposedly scheduled at two o'clock was postponed due to the weather, so boylet and I went to ozamis to do some shopping. we've been planning to buy presents for each other this x'mas... (he bought me a cute bronze doll shoes and I bought him a pair of jeans), mom also asked us to buy a few presents for her friends. I bought her a pair of shoes and a polo shirt for dad. haaaay kapoooy kaayo! went home pass 6pm na. had to travel by barge... had fun! ;)
